偷懒!

最近好久都没有上网写点东西了! 因为最近忙着减肥, 我已经减了两个月, 或许我的体质难瘦, 所以才瘦下三公斤, 不过身材的形有出来, 腰及肚子都小了两号! 看来年纪大了, 新陈代谢真的慢很多, 我一个星期都有四到五天去跑步, 都有跑一小时. 还瘦不多, 难免有点沮丧. 而且好久没有吃饱饱了! 好想吃一餐饱饭!
有时很埋怨老公为什么要我减肥让我那么不快乐! 说是为我健康好, 天知道! 不过现在我已经是骑虎难下了, 减肥是要进行下去的, 怎么可以让人看扁! 希望上天赐给我多些力量, 让我不会沮丧, 多点动力吧1

  1. It's a good thing you've decided to listen to your hubby's advice to lose weight, not just for your health benefit, but also by doing that would bring a couple even closer again...an honest thought from a good friend of yours! ;)
